AGM Update & Time Change

Please note that the executive has moved the start time of the AGM to 6pm on Tuesday, May 14.  The Canucks versus Oilers game will be on during the AGM and this will allow the membership to attend the AGM and get home to catch the end of the game.  

Please take a moment to review the candidates running for the following positions:

President – Cate Morrison

Treasurer – Dan Yatchuk

Director of Rep – Chris McDonald

Director of Initiation – Anita Johnston & Shannon Methot

Director of U11/U13 C – Joel O’Gorman

Director of Female – VACANT

The following positions are not up for election at this year's AGM and the current executive members will continue in the following roles:

Vice-President - Todd Allan

Director at Large - Doug Mather

Director of U15/U18 C - Nicole North

At the AGM, we will be approving the attached updates to the SDMHA Constitution and Bylaws.  Please take a moment to review the proposed updates and rationale.

The AGM is a great opportunity to hear more about the association and how we are planning for the future. Your attendance is encouraged.
