If you wish to immediately let us know your intentions, fill out the form below and it will be sent directly to our office by email.
I understand the cancellations will only be accepted until Dec. 2 and that ALL REFUNDS are subject to a non-refundable administration fee of $50. deducted from my refund. Refunds will be prorated between Sept. 1 and Dec. 1. I also understand that should the above player request to re-register he/she may be placed on a waiting list. Registration refunds will be issued on a pro-rated basis as follows: 100% up to and including Sept 1 of the current season 75% September 2 - October 1 of the current season 50% October 2 – November 1 of the current season 25% November 2 – December 1 of the current season NO REFUNDS AFTER DECEMBER 1 of the current season.
