If you wish to immediately let us know your intentions, fill out the form below and it will be sent directly to our office by email.
I understand the cancellations will only be accepted until Dec. 31 and that after Aug.1 there will be a non-refundable administration fee of $25. deducted from my refund. Refunds will be prorated between Sept. 1 and Dec. 31. I also understand that should the above player request to re-register he/she may be placed on a waiting list.
